Bind a payment that is supposed to arrive.

An obligation is a promise the chain can check: a payer, a destination, an amount, a cadence, and what happens if the payment stops. Register one here and it is live on Coston2 in a single transaction — no repo, no toolchain, no keys but your own.

1 · What are you building
2 · The payment
3 · The cadence
4 · The consequence

Circle and Guard are live too, but you don’t register against them from here — Circle (members are enrolled by the circle contract itself, which registers on their behalf); Guard (the escrow is opened by the guard contract, which registers the payer's obligation).

A payment of 10 XRP must arrive every 30 minutes. After 1 consecutive missed window, the None (registry only) consequence executes.

The payer's XRPL address is required.

Coston2 testnet. Gas is free from the faucet. Nothing here touches mainnet funds.
